How fast do you ship and can I get my calendar in time for Christmas?
Can I combine multiple photos in one frame?
What type of paper do you use?
What holidays are preprinted on the calendar?
Q. How fast do you ship and can I get my calendar in time for Christmas?
A. We generally ship in 2-3 business days from the time we receive your order materials and payment. It is suggested that orders placed on or after December 15th be shipped via USPS Express Mail. USPS Priority Mail averages 2-3 day delivery, but this service is not guaranteed, and often has a longer delivery time during the holiday season. Check the USPS web site at usps.com for delivery times and terms.
The fastest way to get your calendar would be to use the "Online Ordering Option With Digital File Upload"; next fastest is "Online Ordering Option With Mail-In Prints"; and third fastest is "Printable Online Form, (mail-in prints)". All of these methods can be completed in one day. There is no waiting a couple extra days for the mailman to bring you a kit.
Q.
Can I combine multiple photos in one frame?
A. Yes! You have three options.
Option 1: We can digitally combine two photos for a fee of $2.00 for the additional photo. We can combine two verticals to make one portrait that better fills the frame border. Just label the back with the month, order number, your name, and mark "left" or "right" to indicate in what order the two photos should appear.
Option 2: If you have more than two photos, you may paste them onto an unlined white sheet of 8-1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Send the collage in to us and we will scan. There is no extra charge for this. Remember that the calendar page is an 8-1/2" x 11" horizontal, so if you paste the photos on a vertical sheet of paper, the photos may be significantly reduced.
Option 3: If you have the capability to do so, you may digitally combine as many photos into one frame as you would like, provided that you trim them to the finished working size. The finished files should be 1024 x 683 pixels (8.4" x 5.692" @ 120 dpi). Make sure your subjects are well centered. You will lose 1/8"-3/8" of the image on all sides from some of the templates. There is no extra charge for this.
Q. What kind of paper do you use?
A. For the calendar bodies, we use an ultra white smooth finish text weight paper.
For the covers, we use a comparable cover weight.
Q. Will my photos be returned?
A. We return all photo prints with your finished calendars.
Q. What holidays are preprinted on the calendar?
A. The following holidays are preprinted on the calendar:
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Ash Wednesday, St. Valentine's
Day, Presidents' Day, St. Patrick's Day, Orthodox Lent Begins, Palm Sunday,
First Day of Passover, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Orthodox Easter, Mother's
Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, First
Day of Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Columbus Day, Halloween, Election Day, Veterans
Day, Thanksgiving Day, First Day of Hanukkah, Christmas Day, and Kwanzaa Begins.
